Hakan Pekkan, President and CEO

Hakan worked for a Laser Optics Disc manufacturer, McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Co. and Control Components, Inc. in the Logistics areas of Procurement and Production Planning. While working for McDonnell Douglas, Hakan finished his MBA degree in Marketing. At the end of 1994, he entered the recruiting industry as a "headhunter" with a local search firm. In December 1994 HR LINK Group, Inc was formed.

Debra J. Bell, CFO

Debra holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design and Business Administration. Prior to HR LINK Group, she was Corporate Business Manager of a small architectural engineering firm. She has been responsible for the accounting and administrative functions of HR LINK Group, Inc.

Jean-Marc Stricker, COO

Jean-Marc was born and educated in Switzerland. He worked for five years at Credit Suisse as a Trust Officer. Jean-Marc joined HR LINK Group in early 1998 and his primary responsibility is to overlook the accounting and administrative functions of the business. He has also been actively involved in marketing activities such as coordinating industry conferences and developing new clients in Latin America and Europe.

Francisco Olivier, Consulting Manager Latin America

Francisco was born in Mexico where he developed his professional career. In 1997, Francisco joined HR LINK Group as a senior consultant participating in several projects in Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Peru. His area of expertise is logistics and production planning. In order to grow in the Latin American market, Francisco stepped up to the role of Consulting Manager for Latin America in June 1999. He is coordinating project staffing and developing HR LINK's presence in the Latin American marketplace.

Abe Ramos, Lead-Senior Account Manager

Abe has worked in sales/recruitment for the past nine years, specializing in the high-tech sectors, joining HR LINK Group, Inc. at the beginning of 2001. His responsibilities range from developing strong business relationships with ERP/SAP clients as well as assisting fellow account managers in their daily activities, including training, and personal development. In addition, Abe continues to maintain relationships and networks with leading consultants in the industry.

Amber Stagner, Senior Account Manager

Amber began her career in the Information Technology Recruiting industry over seven years ago. She has worked in all areas of the technical market and all industries. Previous and current clients and candidates span across the globe, from local Southern California, throughout the US and internationally. She enjoys the versatility that this market brings. Throughout her career Amber has enjoyed the opportunity to build relationships, facilitate clients and help people in all capacities.

Kelly Morgan, Senior Account Manager

Kelly has been in IS Recruiting for ten years, and has dedicated himself to providing the responsiveness and quality that his clients have come to expect from him and HR LINK Group, Inc. Kelly has worked within all verticals and has extensive experience in the ERP/CRM/SCM field, from technical to functional resources within SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JDE and more. Kelly currently supports all of Europe, North and South America, and Canada.

Beverly Hirst, Office Manager

Beverly has been with HR LINK Group, Inc. since February of 1998. Prior to coming on board with the Company, she was heavily involved in the travel industry as the manager of a corporate travel agency. Beverly has been responsible for Accounting and Administrative functions for HR Link Group for many years now. She enjoys working with people as well as building a good rapport with our long-time clients and consultants.
